How 2010 is going for Future Energy West Solutions !.

  

The past two years has being very  challenging year in business but now in the third quarter of 2010 ,at Future Energy we continued to expand our customer base and offer better value to all our clients in both the commercial and domestic sectors.

Here are some of the highlights during 2010.

  • Over 1100 registered BER Certs for Landlords,  Letting Agents & Property Management companies in Galway, Clare, Limerick, Mayo & Roscommon. 
  • Helped Local Town and City councils secure Energy Upgrade Grant Funding worth over €100,000.
  • Assisted Auctioneers, Banks and Solicitors to meet EPBD Legislation for both the sale and leasing of commercial and domestic property.
  

Who are Future Energy?

Future Energy are an Irish energy consultancy service established in 2007 & based in Oranmore, Co. Galway. We offer domestic Building Energy Rating and commercial building energy rating or Non Domestic BER in the Galway area (BER) . We also Commercial and Domestic Energy Audits.

We are now offering Display Energy Certificates. Display Energy Certificates (DECs) are legally required for buildings occupied by public service bodies, if the building in question is greater than 1,000 square metres in floor area.
 
September 2010

Local town, city and county councils are now enforcing BER legislation. A BER is needed for the sale or lease of both commercial & domestic property.
