Future Energy will help you get your house to its maximum possible energy rating. We would ideally join your project from as early a stage as possible. Based on your budget and your design preferences we would agree an achievable target energy rating for your development. Based on this agreed target we then draw up a detailed BER self build report. This report would detail such specifics as your insulation, ventilation, air tightness, heating and lighting. Once the house is constructed to this specification we will issue your official BER certificate on completion. • Assess plans and budget and agree on a target energy rating. (eg: A3) • Draw up a detailed BER self build report and sign it off. • Issue a Provisional BER if selling property off the plans. • Carry out an air tightness test during constrcution and on completion. • Issue the Final BER certification. • Assess the property on completion using thermal image camera if needed.
